Nagirroc won his first race at stakes level in Sunday's Grade 3, $150,000 Futurity for 2-year-olds going six furlongs over the outer turf at the Belmont at Big A fall meet. He is 2 for two for trainer Graham Motion and his ownership group. Gaslight Dancer finished second, followed by Vacation Dance, Inflation Nation and Dunedin, Determined Jester and Power Attack. Bourbon Therapy was scratched. Franco piloted Nagirro to his maiden win. The race was won by a nose in a time of 1:09.36.
