A National Championship Would Mean More Than Just a Trophy for Georgia Football

Georgia is playing in the national championship game against TCU. Last year's championship win was perceived differently amongst peers. Georgia lost 28 players to the NFL draft and transfer portal. However, some players returned to play for the team. Georgia is not going to be like Alabama or LSU. They lost a lot of players in NFL drafts and then went back to a 5-5 season. The team that won the title in 2018 had 12 players drafted and finished second in their division the year before. Alabama had 14 players taken in 2019 and went 5'5 the next year. It's not Georgia's fault.
