A return to Paris, France for the NBA! Paris Game 2023

The NBA will play its first game in France since 2020 on January 19 at the Accor Arena in Paris. The game will be between the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons. Pistons are struggling this season and are on pace for their worst season since 1993-94. Bulls are having a disappointing start to the season after making their first trip to playoffs last season. Detroit is 16-17-3 against the spread this year, while Chicago is 15- 17-1. Pistons have made the playoffs just twice since 2010, and their three-year playoff drought is tied for the fourth longest in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs.

Pistons are finding players for them to build around without Cade Cunningham. Jaden Ivey is one of the top contenders for this season's Rookie of The Year award. Saddiq Bay is a consistent scorer, averaging 13.6 points per game. Jalen Duren, Killian Hayes and Isaiah Stewart are also showing promise for the Pistons this year.

Zach LaVine is averaging 22.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4,2 assists this season. The Bulls lost four straight games earlier this month. Billy Donovan's team has won three of four games with wins over the Miami Heat, Atlanta Hawks, and New York Knicks. They'll finish off the calendar year with three games in four days against Milwaukee, Detroit and Cleveland.

The Pistons and Bulls will play each other in Chicago on December 30. It will be the first of three games between the teams this season. They will also play on March 1 and in Paris on January 19.
