Alex Rae rates Rangers star among 'standout' players in Scotland

Alfredo Morelos started the last two games against Napoli and Liverpool but he's not fully fit. Ryan Kent was rested against the St. Mirran on the weekend. Alex Rae reckons Ryan will have a big part in the game against Liverpool. The match takes place at Ibrox on Wednesday night. It's a Champions League match.
