Amar’e Stoudemire to Nets’ Kyrie Irving: ‘You made a mistake, so apologize for it’
Kyrie Irving promoted a movie with anti-Semitic themes. Amare'e Stoudemire is calling for an investigation and a conversation with the NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. Reggie Miller thinks other NBA players need to step up and take responsibility. in March 2021, the Miami Heat fined Meyers Leonard $50,000 and suspended him for a week for making an antiSemitic comment. He was also suspended for one week. Irving has not been punished yet. The Nets are working with Anti-Defamation League on the situation. They are also working on a possible punishment. Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal have called Irving an idiot.
