Aqueduct roundup: Chocolate Gelato wins way to Breeders’ Cup

Coastana finished third in the Flower Bowl (G2) at Saratoga on Sept. 3. She is owned by Belladonna Racing and trained by Cherie DeVaux. Coastana broke her maiden at third asking in April 2021 going nine furlongs over the Keeneland lawn. She finished second in her first start against winners, losing to next-out, Grade 1-placed Higher Truth.
