Army vs. Navy and bowls college football power rankings and game spreads
Bowl season is unique and offers some of the best betting opportunities of college football season. It's a fascinating time of year. The lines on some games are out two, three or four weeks in advance of game. The limits progressively increase on the games as they get closer. Successful bettors love uncertainty. They love a market that is inefficient. There are many factors that come into play during the bowl season and you have to keep up with so much news. Power ratings for the bowls carry less weight than during regular season, because they carry more uncertainty than they do during season for regular players.

There are some changes in the power ratings for the Week 15. Up are Michigan, Georgia, Troy, Clemson, Kansas State, Fresno State and New Mexico State. Down are Buffalo, TCU, North Carolina, Toledo, Alabama, Texas, Marshall, Louisville, Florida, and USC.
Anthony Richardson is going to the NFL. Florida is excited to play in the Las Vegas Bowl.
Austin Reed is leaving Western Kentucky. He's a top-five passer nationally. WKU is a 6-point favorite.

Louisville lost their coach Scott Satterfield to Cincinnati. Cincinnati and Louisville play each other in the Fenway Bowl.
