Basketball officials, athletes bet on fixed games through Greek accounts

There was a match-fixing scandal in Cyprus' top basketball league. Three games were fixed. The investigation committee found that the people involved bet on the games through accounts based in Greece. In the other two games, bets were placed through companies based on Asia. Andreas Mouzourides, the president of the Cyprus Basketball Federation, said that they will review the report and make improvements. The complaint for the fixed games was submitted to the Committee for Ethics and Protection of Sports by the Federation.
