B.C. Women's Hospital is favourite for the first baby of 2023 on PlayNow. Surrey Memorial Hospital delivered the baby in 2018. Other hospitals from outside the Lower Mainland are also favourites. The betting for 20th century's first child is open until 6:00 a.m. PST on December 31, 2022. The current odds on the platform can change as the deadline draws near.
