Nassalam won the Grade 2 Berkshire Chase at Newbury in November. He made his seasonal reappearance in the Byrne Group Handicap Chase over 2m1f at Ascot last weekend. His current mark of 144 leaves him well treated on his Grade 1-placed hurdling form.
