Ipswich are favourites to win promotion to the Championship. Sheffield Wednesday and Wayne Rooney's Derby are second and third in the betting market. Derby will start the season on loan from a local businessman. Barnsley and Peterborough dropped out of the league. Portsmouth and Bolton are 4/1 favourites and Wycombe, Oxford Utd and MK Dons 5/5. Charlton are 11/2 and Plymouth next in at 6/ 1.
