With Rangers playing earlier in the day, Celtic's lead at the top could well be cut to two points when Ross County visit in the afternoon.

Brendan Rodgers' side have won five games on the bounce - conceding just once in the process.

They've turned the corner after a sticky start to December and will take some pegging back now.

Keeping Matt O'Riley is key to that and knocking back a bid from Atletico Madrid in midweek shows their intent this season.

While Ross County are in a bad way having gone five games without a win and failing to score in four of those.

Derek Adams' strange outbursts this season probably haven't helped, with the latest one coming after a thumping from Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup last week.

His claim that the standard of Scottish football is bad could be an interesting one this week and Celtic might well show his team that it isn't all poor up here....

As mentioned, this game is only going to go one way and Celtic could quite easily run riot here.

They've scored seven times in the last two games against County but the visitors are in a much worse space than they were in those games.

Celtic scored five against Buckie Thistle last weekend and Saturday's result could put that result into perspective for the Highland League side.

The Portuguese midfielder baffled supporters earlier in the season when playing in the Champions League games without getting a sniff domestically.

But he's seen increased playing time recently, starting in the last five games and scoring three goals in the process.

Those three goals were all the opening goals in those games so wouldn't put you off a first goalscorer bet at 8/1. But the insurance of anytime at 23/10 is good value.
