- The Chinese Basketball Association has banned two teams along with team officials after questions of match-fixing arose during one of the league’s playoff games.

- In the United Stated, the National Basketball Association has launched an investigation into the motivation of one of their teams’ roster decision during a recent game.

SENTENCES/SANCTIONS

- The Disciplinary Board (CD) of the Cape Verdean Football Federation (FCF) is going to open a process to investigate the incidences of a football match between which took place during the national championship.

- In Peru, FIFA has taken the decision to impose a lifetime ban against the country’s former president of the Peruvian Football Association for violating articles in FIFA's Code of Ethics related to conflicts of interest, bribery and corruption.
