Blackrock College beat Belvo to win Leinster Senior Schools Cup. Blackrock won the competition four years ago. They beat the defending champions Belvedere College. The win follows their Junior Cup success earlier in the week. BlackRock scored five tries in a comfortable victory. Liam Turner was named the captain. He is the latest Blackrocks captain to lift the trophy. Belveere lost the last two years. Ross Barron scored the only try for Belvesere. David Hawkshaw kicked the first try. James Tarrant was the main protagonist for Black rocks. His out-half performance was impressive.
