Bucks vs. Blazers prediction and odds for Monday, February 6 (Bet on Milwaukee)

Arguably the best matchup in the NBA on Monday night is between the Milwaukee Bucks and Portland Trail Blazers at Moda Center in Portland.

The Bucks are on a heater right now, winning seven straight games and nine of their last 10 to pull just one game behind the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference.

Portland, on the other hand, has fallen to the No. 11 spot in the West and could look to move players (Josh Hart, Jusuf Nurkic) at the trade deadline with a playoff spot potentially up in the air.

Damian Lillard is playing terrific basketball (30.9 points per game), but will he be enough for Portland against Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton?

Here’s a look at the latest odds and best bet for this game:

Bucks vs. Blazers prediction and pick

The Bucks have played the majority of the 2022-23 season without Khris Middleton, but their recent winning streak has coincided with him returning to the lineup.

In 14 games with Middleton this season, Milwaukee is an impressive 11-3, and it has covered the spread in four of the seven games on this winning streak.

Milwaukee is laying just four points on the road here, which is interesting considering the fact that the team is 6-5-2 ATS as a road favorite and over .500 straight up on the road this season.

Portland ranks just 19th in the NBA in net rating over its last 10 games, and it’s without Nurkic due to an injury in this game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo should have field day down low with Nurkic out, and the Bucks have been playing too well (six of their last seven wins coming by more than five points) for me to fade them here.
