Caesars NC Goes Live On Monday, March 11

Legal sports betting has been available at North Carolina retail casinos for over two years. Very soon, bettors will be able to wager at Caesars Sportsbook on their mobile devices.

Governor Roy Cooper signed HB 347 into law to legalize online sports betting in June 2023. He also fulfilled his promise of having online sportsbooks ready to launch by the start of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, which begins on March 19. This means bettors in the state will also have access to Caesars Sportsbook promos.

Caesars Sportsbook is one of the leading online sportsbooks in the market and will be among the first sites available when online sports betting launches in North Carolina on March 11. Not only is Caesars one of the leading providers of online gaming in the country, but it’s already established in the state. It has two retail betting operations located at the Cherokee Casino Resort and Cherokee Valley River Casino, which have been in operation since 2021.

Caesars NC Launch Details

North Carolina bettors will be able to pre-register for a Caesars Sportsbook online account starting on March 1, where they can expect the provider to offer an exclusive bonus for signing up. Sports betting will go live on March 11, but the official welcome offer for bettors in the Tar Heel State has yet to be announced.

Caesars will receive one of the 12 online licenses available through its partnership with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Customers can expect the welcome bonus to be similar to what’s offered in other states, which is currently up to $1,000 back in Bonus Bets if the first minimum $5 wager at Caesars results in a loss.

New customers in North Carolina can begin signing up to play online at Caesars Sportsbook on March 1, where they can open an account at the Caesars website or download the official app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

To register, players must select the “Sign Up” option on the main page and choose North Carolina as their state. After completing the required information, bettors can make their first minimum $5 deposit using any of the convenient banking methods provided, including VISA, MasterCard, online banking, and PayPal.

Players who make their first wager within seven days of opening their account can bet at least $5 on any qualifying sports market to unlock the welcome bonus.

Caesars NC Betting Markets

Caesars Sportsbook gives online customers a chance to make theirexpert picks on major US and international sports markets, as well as many niche markets unfamiliar to some bettors. Besides the most popular sports like the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB, Caesars bettors can wager on sports popular in other parts of the world, such as soccer, Australian Rules football, cricket, cycling, darts, lacrosse, and rugby.

North Carolina also has a wide range of college sports teams, which should generate plenty of excitement once sports betting goes live. Players can legally wager on in-state college teams like the UNC Tar Heels, the NC State Wolfpack, the Duke Blue Devils, and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
