Canada is playing in the Rugby World Cup semi-final against England. The Canadian women have to sacrifice a lot to get to the final four. They are playing without their professional players. Some of them have moved abroad to play club rugby. Others have put their work lives on hold to focus on rugby and training. England became the first country to offer full-time contracts to its women’s side in 2019. New Zealand takes on France in a doubleheader in Auckland on Friday. It's 50,000-capacity Eden Park in New Zealander. New England has won 29 straight matches since a 28-13 loss to New York in July, 2019, and has been ranked No. 1 since then.
