Charlie Hills' Galeron snatches Goffs Million riches
Galeron won the Goffs Million at the Curragh. He finished ahead of Hellsing by half a length. The Camacho colt earned his connections over €600,000. Charlie Hills and Gary Robinson bought the horse last year. They named him after themselves, Leanne and Ronnie. Small Oasis is training for the William Hill Free Or 4 Irish EBF Maiden. Michael Grassick is dreaming of a potential Classic glory with Small oasis. It was an 8-1 shot at Naas. Smalloasis finished third on her debut at William HIll Free or 4. Irish Maiden at WIlliam Hill.
Paul Nolan hopes HMS Seahorse can bag some of the prize-money in the Friends Of The Curragh Irish Cesarewitch at the CurRagh on Sunday. HMS Scearly came fourth in Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham Festival in March and third in a Grade One at Punchestown. He was beaten at cramped odds at Galway Festival on his most recent outing. Nolan is hoping he can bounce back in Sunday’s €600,000 feature.
