Chelsea have surprisingly lost their last four games against Man City, in the Premier League at least, by one goal to nil.
That's in spite of the Blues' poorer form in the last couple of seasons and City's high scoring capabilities that have seemingly not tracked into this league clash.
This trend is likely to continue though with at least a goal or two and City holding them off.
Chelsea have struggled to score much this season and they will find it tough to do so against a City side that have the most goals and also holding among the best defensive records.
In fact City haven't conceded in any of their last six games in all competitions against the Blues.
Erling Haaland has scored four from four in the Champions League, 11 from 11 appearances in the league, and one from two appearances in the EFL Cup.
He's bound to take that into this game as he will find a few chances - against a team that have already conceded 12 goals in 11.
Cards have been even more frivolous in the Premier League this season and it wouldn't be a surprise for this kind of clash to get heated and see even a few in the span of a few minutes.
Especially as City have the ability to really frustrate other teams.
