Cheltenham: Paddy dished out £24m/€27.4m to punters in 2022

Paddy dished out a whopping £24m (that’s €27.4m) to punters throughout the four days of the 2022 Cheltenham Festival – and we’re gearing up for more in 2023.

With under seven days to go until the big off Paddy’s been putting the traders to the test to make sure his punters get the best-possible value for the 2023 Cheltenham Festival.

  • WELCOME TO PP NEWS: NEW TO US?

Last year we dished out a monster £12m/€13.7m in free bets and every Paddy customer can claim a FREE £/€5 PUNT on the opening race on Tuesday, Wednesday ANDThursday at Prestbury Park this year.

It pays to be in Paddy’s Rewards Club and members pocketed a combined £1.5m/£1.7m over those four days in March last year.

A further £3.5m/€4m was paid out as part of Paddy’s Best Odds Guaranteed policy and you bet that’s back for the 2023 Cheltenham Festival.

But that’s not all. Oh no

There was another £7m/€8m pocketed by Paddy’s punters who took advantage of our super generous extra places offer. That’s a lot of each-way wagers right there.

There’s still time to take advantage of Paddy’s Non-Runner No Bet Offer which runs right up to declarations meaning that if the horse you’ve backed doesn’t turn up in the race you want for whatever reason you’ll get your wages refunded.

Then once we get down to business in the week of Cheltenham get ready for more free bets than ever before!

We’ll also be bringing you our legendary Cheat Sheets every day of the Festival with Mick Fitzgerald, Ruby Walsh, Matt Chapman and more serving up their best bet for every single race every single day as well as so, so much more on Paddy Power News.
