College Football Championship 2022: Odds, Prop Bets for Georgia vs. Alabama

Georgia and Alabama will play each other in the College Football Championship game in Indianapolis. The game will be low-scoring, like the SEC Championship. Alabama and Georgia scored 41 points in first half of the game. Only 24 points were scored in second half. Georgia will try to slow down the scoring pace and make Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa uncomfortable. Alabama should try and take advantage of that. Both teams will make adjustments at halftime. They will have to play within the rules.

Alabama has scored more than 25 points in 12 of its 14 games this season. It has eclipsed that mark in all three of the national championship triumphs of this era. John Metchie III is out for the game. Alabama's main target is wide receiver Damien Williams. He had 184 yards and two touchdowns in the SEC Championship game and seven catches for 62 yards in Cotton Bowl. Eight different Alabama players caught a pass in Atlanta in December.

Brock Bowers caught 10 passes for 139 yards and a touchdown in the SEC Championship game. He had five catches for 55 yards in Orange Bowl triumph over the Michigan Wolverines. Bower's receiving yards prop is worth a look. He hit the 100-yard mark in two of his last three trips to field. Georgia and Alabama are playing each other in 2022. The game is televised on CBS.
