College football predictions, picks, odds: Teams on upset alert in Week 12

Week 12 of the college football season is here. There are two regular season games left on the schedule. The conference championship games are yet to be finalized. Georgia is the favorite to stay at No. 1 when Selection Sunday rolls along.
