Gauff is just 19 and she has already garnered a lot of experience so her resume looks great for her age.

Irene enters the match-up after defeating Kaia Kanepi, the experienced Estonian veteran 6-7, 6-2, 6-4 in one of the most remarkable wins of her career. Irene is currently ranked at 318 and has never gone above 207th rank in the WTA circuit. She entered the tournament as the Qualifier but has showcased tremendous grit. She is a successful ITF Player, having won four single’s titles.
