Derek McInnes has been appointed manager of Kilmarnock. He spent the last decade on the road and has a lot of experience in management. His aim is to lead Kilnarnocks into the top six of the Premiership in one year. He came close to leaving his family home in Renfrewshire to return to work at Ipswich last month. The move to Kilkarnox is a good fit for him. It's a half an hour commute from his new club in Ayrshire. Mcinnes wants to get results and get things done. he feels he has proved that at every club he's been at in different ways.
