It has been a rough go this season for the Bears and Panthers, who come into this game with a combined straight-up record of 3-14.

Carolina (1-7 SU, 1-6-1 ATS) used the No. 1 overall draft pick on Alabama QB Bryce Young, but he has struggled to acclimate to the NFL. The Panthers won their first game two weeks ago against Houston and were hopeful of adding to that last week against Indianapolis. But then Young through two interceptions that were returned for touchdowns, and the Colts ran away with a 27-13 victory.

Chicago (2-7 SU, 3-5-1 ATS) had hopes of contending for the NFC North title, but a slow start quickly washed those away.
