Dubai World Cup Carnival: Racing tips for week three from Angus McNae at Meydan

Dubai World Cup Carnival continues this week with the UAE 2000 Guineas taking centre stage. Angus McNae has four selections for you and his strongest bet of the Carnival so far.

2.30 Meydan: Canvassed vs Lavaspin. Doug Watson-trained Canavassed started his career as a four-year-old and made an impression winning easily at Newcastle and Kempton. Pat Dobbs seems to prefer him to stable companion Rio Angie.

Dubai Future finished second in the first Carnival race at Meydan. He was poorly drawn in stall 12 and endured a wide trip. Frankie Dettori can claim another winner here at the Carnival.
