Elliott and Mullins duel in Faugheen Novice Chase

Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott have a stranglehold on Limerick's premier race. Gerri Colombe and Kilcruit are to the fore again. Kil cruit is priced between 8-1 and 14- 1 for the Brown Advisory Novices' Chase. Adamantly Chosen and Authorized Art are also in the race, which is named after Mullin's. The winner will be the general 16-5 favourite. The runner-up will have to raise his game if Geri Colmbe delivers on the promise of five wins from five starts under rules.

Jordan Gainford is excited to team up with unbeaten Gerri Colombe for Monday's top-level race. Jack Kennedy is in action at Leopardstown and Davy Russell retired. Gainford sat on Colmbe at home on Friday morning and he seemed in good form.

Paul Townend is going to Leopardstown for three rides on Monday. Sean O'Keeffe will ride Kilcruit. O’KEEffe was impressed by Kil cruit's debut win at Punchestown. He hopes Kil Cruit will continue to improve over fences.

Aarons Day is out of his preferred class but there are few runners so he will take his chance. Kilcruit was very good on his chasing debut at Punchestown and it will be very difficult to beat Gerri Colombe.
