EMBRACING THE MOMENT: Bobcats shine in spotlight, relentlessly blast Grizzlies

Montana State ran the ball 23 times on its first 24 plays and piled up the most rushing yards this season before the second quarter was even half over. The Bobcats rushed for 439 yards and scored 41 unanswered points on the way to a resounding, unforgettable and undeniable victory. Montana State has been the better team for the last few years. Montana won every rivalry for 16 years in a row. They have an 18-48 record. UM has a 7-1 record and has won the rivalry by a point differential 321-64. It was against teams with an 8-18 record, including teams that have a 18/48 overall record with a 9/11 record as well.

Montana State University won the Big Sky championship on Saturday. It was the team's 10th victory this season. MSU is going to the playoffs for the fourth year in a row.  The team is sure to be among the top in the FCS. The team won't know the playoff seed until it gets there. Montana State finished second in last two seasons.
