There are only three matches between England and Qatar, so players need to perform well to get into the squad. The odds are shorter for Tammy Abraham, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho. Luke Shaw, Luke Shaw and Marcus Ruddy are among those who didn't make it to the cut.
