Entain completes acquisition of Croatian sportsbook operator SuperSport Group for $949M
Entain completed its acquisition of Croatian gaming and sportsbook operator SuperSport Group. The company has established a new subsidiary, Entain CEE, to drive expansion in the Central & Eastern European region. In August, the company announced it would buy a 75% stake in Super Sport for EUR 600 million. For the six months that ended on June 30, Ladbrokes and Coral posted revenue of GBP 2.09 billion ($2.49 billion) and a profit of $47.5 million ($47 million).
