Europa League: Head-to-head, key information and facts from Roma’s group

Roma have been drawn into a Europa League group with Real Betis, Ludogorets Razgrad and HJK Helsinki. The group stage fixtures kick off in early September.

Roma and Real Betis are in the same Europa League group. It will be the first time since 1988/99 that Real have faced Italian opposition. Real won three of their six matches against Serie A teams.

Ludogorets Razgrad will play Roma in their first competitive match. The Bulgarian champions are unbeaten against city rivals Lazio. Ludogores have played over 110 European matches and have only lost one of them.

HJK Helsinki are the most successful club in Finnish football. Helsinki played in the Europa Conference League last season. Roma haven't played against Finnish opposition since the 1991/92 European Cup Winners’ Cup.
