Exclusive: Lappartient insists cycling is "the sport of anti-doping"
David Lappartient is the International Cycling Union's (UCI) President. He believes cycling is now the sport of anti-doping. The UCI increased the budget for anti doping by 25% for next year. LAppartients is a member of the WADA Foundation Board. He thinks the world needs more resources for the fight against doping. It is not the job of UCi, but of Wada.
