Expect a safe delivery from Brinks in 'Fanna' Griffiths Classic

Winston "Fanna" Griffiths is the man who has ridden the most winners overall (1,663) and Classic winners at Caymanas Park. The Winston "fanna's Classic" for native-bred three-year-olds non-winners of a Grade 1 race over 9 ½ furlongs (1900m) has attracted a field of eight runners. There is a total purse of $3.75 million.

Brinks is the favourite in 'Fanna' Griffiths Classic. Morimoto finished fifth in the recent Jamaica Derby Classic run on August 6. Pelicula came home flying towards the end to finish third in Jamaica Oaks.

Brinks is the most successful runner coming out of the Triple Crown races. Sunset Silhoutte finished second in the recent Jamaica Oaks over 10 furlongs on July 2.  

Unruly Dude finished second behind D Head Cornerstone in the Caymanas Park 1959 Trophy on August 21.
