FanDuel bettor wins $34K on Ja Morant, Steph Curry wagers

A couple of star NBA point guards won a FanDuel Sportsbook bettor the payout of a lifetime on Tuesday night.

The bettor decided to throw nearly $1,000 on Ja Morant and Steph Curry to score 30 or more points and for their teams to win, hitting on each leg in dramatic fashion for a five-figure payout.

They placed four different two-leg parlays, all of which ranged from $191.43 to $266.

In total, the bettor turned $942 into nearly $34,700.

It was a wild ride toward the big win, though.

The parlays looked like they were dead on arrival in the first half of Morant’s return to the court after a 25-game suspension

The Grizzlies trailed by as many as 24 points and went into halftime down 19.

But Memphis, led by Morant, dominated the second half.

With the game tied at 113, Morant hit an incredible floater at the buzzer to give the Grizzlies the win.

Morant finished with 34 points, including 14 in the fourth quarter.

The Warriors also overcame a massive deficit in the nightcap.

Golden State trailed the Boston Celtics by 17 at one point in the third quarter before Curry led them to an unbelievable comeback.

Curry hit several clutch three-pointers in the fourth to force overtime — keeping the Warriors’ winning and Steph’s 30-point game hopes alive as he finished with 33.

He’d go on to score seven points in overtime, helping Golden State to the win and this FanDuel bettor to one lucky day gambling on the NBA.
