FDJ opens negotiations for acquisition of ZEturf Group

FDJ is in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of ZEturf Group. Zeurf was founded in 2001 and processes nearly €800 million in bets. FDJ also bought Aleda, a provider of points of sale and payments, in July. It is FD's strategy to develop its payments and services business. L'Addition specializes in payment management, point of sales systems and management services for cafeteria, hotel and restaurant sector.

Française des Jeux is the operator of France's national lottery games and the main sponsor of FDJ cycling team. FDj is in negotiations for acquisition of ZEturf Group.
