The 2023 edition is looming large and we can feel the buzz in the air. Eastern Conference

Tampa Bay Lightning: The Lightning have been one of the most consistent teams in the NHL for the past few years. They have a well-rounded set of players who can play both offensively and defensively. With their star players, such as Steven Stamkos, Nikita Kucherov, and Victor Hedman, the team stands a good chance to do great in the Eastern Conference.

Toronto Maple Leafs: For the past few years, the Toronto Maple Leafs have been one of the most exciting teams to watch in the NHL. Western Conference

Colorado Avalanche: Hockey fans are always looking forward to the matches which Avalanche NHL are a part of. Led by Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar, the team has a high-powered offense that can score in bunches. They also have one of the best goalies in the NHL in Philipp Grubauer.

Vegas Golden Knights: The Golden Knights is another successful expansion team in the NHL. With a solid core led by Mark Stone and Max Pacioretty, there are plenty of opportunities for the team to score well and make its way to the finals.

Edmonton Oilers: The Oilers have the best player in the NHL in Connor McDavid, and Leon Draisaitl is not far behind. Their offense is commendable in the tournament even if their defense has been their weakness in the past. If they can somehow make up for it, we can get to watch some of the most legendary moments in NHL’s history.

Minnesota Wild: If there is a surprise team in the NHL this season, it has to be the Minnesota Wild. With their solid defensive play and progressively improving offense, they are set to give tough competition to other teams.
