FPL Gameweek 8 preview: Goalscorer and clean sheet odds

Erling Haaland is the top goalscorer in FPL Gameweek 8. Harry Kane is second in the goalscoring odds. Tottenham Hotspur are at home to Leicester City. Alexander Isak and Aleksandar Mitrovic are tied at 38.5% chance of scoring. Kevin De Bruyne is a risky buy for those looking for a one-week punt before Gametek 9 Wildcard. He is given a 35. 5% chances of netting against Leicester.

Newcastle United are top of the clean sheet odds for Gameweek 8. Manchester City are second, with a 45% chance of keeping a cleanheet against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Spurs are third, while Arsenal are last with 31.5% chances of a shut-out. Wolves are bottom of this Gametek with 10. 5% of chances. Danny Ward is a poor buy for Leicester. The team that has kept the fewest clean sheets this season is Wolves.

Trippier is the most transferred-in player this Gameweek with over 400,000 managers picking him up. Pope is second, followed by De Bruyne and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Jarrod Bowen has snuck into the top 10 most-transferred-players list. Marcus Rashford blanks in Gametek 8 with the Leeds fixture postponed and a muscle injury. It's always sensible to hold transfers until after European matches have been played.

The most transferred out players this week are largely assets who are blanking. It's Salah who is top with over half a million sales. De Bruyne is third most transferable. Reece James is a surprise name as he blanks in Gameweek 8. Chelsea have the best run of fixtures from Gamestoek 9 to the World Cup.
