Guardians vs Rockies Picks and Odds (June 16)

Triston McKenzie will start for the Guardians against Colorado. McKenzie has allowed three runs or less in nine of 11 starts this season. He's yielded seven home runs in his last three starts. The Guardians are a longshot in the AL Divisional odds behind Minnesota and the White Sox.

Chad Kuhl will start for the Rockies against McKenzie. McKenzie was shelled in his last start, allowing five runs and eight hits in a 9-0 loss to San Diego. He's on pace for a career-low ERA, but there are signs suggesting he's due for some negative regression.

Cleveland has scored at least five runs four times in the last seven days. Jose Ramirez went 2-for-4 with 3 RBI in Thursday's game. Colorado has struggled at the plate this month, with Kris Bryant out and CJ Cron struggling. The game is on Thursday at 7:30 PM at Coors Field.

Guardians are among the hottest teams in baseball. Colorado is dead last in the NL West and have one of the worst run differentials in MLB. McKenzie has been terrific all season, but the Rockies lineup has suffered a serious power outage lately. Kuhl has underwhelmed for the past month.
