Stetson Bennett IV was cast as the villain because he didn't have 5 stars and he wasn't an NFL scout favorite. He was a walk-on from Nahunta, Georgia. He played quarterback for the team. His teammates rallied around him. They didn’t focus on what he was not. The team reached its potential. It was easy for teammates to rally around the guy everyone doubts. But it's not easy to find a way for him to be the hero.
