Soto Sizzler won the City And Suburban Handicap at Epsom on Tuesday. His trainer David Menuisier was winning a second notable handicap in two days after Belloccio won Rosebery at Kempton on Monday. Blue Cup won Epsoms 1m2f handicaps on Oaks day last year. Blue cup went on to win the Epsum's 1M2F handicapper.

Going Gone won the Great Metropolitan Handicap by a head. Pat Cosgrave dictated the pace but had to fend off a three-pronged challenge to prevail. The horse received the loudest reception of the day. The trainer Jim Boyle said that the horse runs well fresh and has won twice before despite the track.
