Horseshoe Indianapolis: Handicapping Challenge Yields Donation Of Over $1,500 To Veteran Charity

Horseshoe Indianapolis made a delivery to Helping Veterans and Families of Indiana on Friday, Dec. 16. The donation was made from the special Veteran's Day Challenge Handicapping Contest. 11 top handicappers from across the nation placed wagers on the Pick 5. They won $1,517.50. All proceeds went to HVAF. HvAF serves 250 veterans per month from its food pantry. It distributed 56,000 pounds of food, clothing, and personal hygiene items. It is celebrating its 30th anniversary next year.
