IMG Arena will buy Leap Gaming to enhance its sports betting content portfolio. Leap is a leading provider of online sports and casino games.
IMG Arena will buy Leap Gaming. Leap will integrate its innovative 3-D and motion capture technologies and a 58-person team with its own “Event Centre’ suite of products. The integration will provide customers with unique, non-traditional content to enhance the player experience. The acquisition is expected to be officially completed in the first half of 2023. It follows a previous cooperation between the two companies based on a shared vision ‘to officialise virtual sports with the addition of official logos, team names, venues and other branded assets”.
IMG Arena is a leading sports data, betting, media and performance company. It provides live streaming and data feeds for more than 45,000 sports events per year. Leap Gaming is the leading provider of online sports and casino games.
