Italian Musetti defies odds to lift maiden title in Hamburg
Lorenzo Musetti won his first Tour-level title at the ATP 500 event in Hamburg. He had lost his last six matches on the tour and arrived at Hamburg without his bag of rackets. Musetti had food poisoning before the tournament. Carlos Alcaraz, 19, became the youngest player to break into the world's top five since Rafa Nadal in 2005.
