ITIA bans Kyrgyzstani tennis player for betting-related offences
ITIA bans Kyrgyzstani tennis player Palkina for betting-related offences. PALKina was found guilty of breaching a number of rules of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Programme. She was also fined a total of $100,000 (£79,789/€95,216). Palkerina will be banned from playing in or attending any tennis event for the length of her provisional suspension. If she does not break the rules, she will resume her tennis career on 21 November 2029. Jonny Gray will step down as chief executive of ITIA later this year.
