Karis Teetan sidelined for a week after blood tests reveal thyroid condition
Karis Teetan has been ruled out for at least a week with thyrotoxicosis. He had a blood test on Monday morning. Teetsan will miss six rides at Happy Valley on Wednesday night and a full book of 10 at Sha Tin this Sunday. Six jockeys have picked up Teesan's rides. The jockey has won five races in the first three meetings. Zac Purton has seven wins to Teysan’s five. The Jockey Club programmers are trying to inject uncertainty into the Triple Trio.
