As mentioned in the intro, Gov. Beshear signed HB-551 into law, which legalized sports betting in the state of Kentucky. Residents of Kentucky can expect sports betting to be legalized on June 29, when they will be able to place wagers on sporting events and many different markets via the sports betting sites of numerous sportsbooks.
