Kings vs Bulls Prediction

The Sacramento Kings travel to the United Center to take on the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night.

The Sacramento Kings have been in red-hot form as they’ve won eight of their last 10 games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back here after having their three-game win streak snapped by the Bucks in a 133-124 loss on Monday. De’Aaron Fox led the team with 35 points, eight rebounds and three assists, Kevin Huerter added 28 points while Domantas Sabonis tallied a triple-double of 23 points with 17 rebounds and 15 assists. As a team, the Kings shot 44 percent from the field and 21 of 50 from the 3-point line as they controlled the first half to lead by as many as 15 points, only to get blown away in the second half where they allowed the Bucks to explode for 80 points.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in pretty good form as they’ve won five of their last eight games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after sneaking past the Rockets in a 119-111 road win on Saturday. Zach LaVine led the team with 36 points, eight rebounds and five assists, DeMar DeRozan added 27 points with seven rebounds and five assists while Nikola Vucevic tallied 18 points with 12 rebounds and six assists. As a team, the Bulls shot 51 percent from the field and 15 of 32 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble when they allowed 40 points in the third quarter to fall behind by 13 points, but they made up for it in the fourth quarter where they outscored the Rockets by 32-16 to avoid an embarrassing loss.

Looking at the betting trends, the Kings are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games, 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Bulls are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record, 8-1 ATS in their last nine games playing on three or more days rest and 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games overall.

Head to head, the under is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings in Chicago and the Kings are 12-4-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Chicago.

The Kings are still shorthanded as Richaun Holmes has been ruled out with an illness, while the Bulls are still missing Lonzo Ball and Javonte Green. The Kings were one of the hottest teams in the league before they ran into a rampant Bucks team on Monday, so it’s not surprise that they’ve opened as favorites in this one. The Bulls have shown signs of improvement recently, but the Kings are 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss and 12-4-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Chicago, so I’ll stick with the Kings at the short line.
