Knicks vs. Celtics prediction: NBA odds, picks, best bets for Monday

The New York Knicks and Boston Celtics meet up for the second time this season on Monday night at TD Garden. 

The Celtics are coming off back-to-back, double-digit home wins over the Nets and Raptors to improve to 7-2.

Boston owns a perfect 4-0 home record, while covering the spread in three of those victories. 

The Knicks head to Beantown with no rest following Sunday’s matinee with the Hornets as the Knicks have split four games away from the Garden.

Boston held off the Knicks in the season opener at MSG, 108-104, but pushed as four-point favorites.

Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 34 points, while Kristaps Porzingis put up 30 points in his Boston debut.

The win actually snapped a three-game losing streak to the Knicks dating back to last season, two of those losses in overtime. 

The first meeting finished Under the 223.5 total, and the Knicks limited Boston to its second fewest points in a game this season through its first nine contests.
