Joel Embiid led the team with 35 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and four blocks, Tyrese Maxey added 28 points while Tobias Harris chipped in with 16 points and six assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 45 percent from the field and 14 of 41 from the 3-point line as they took control of the contest with 36 points in the second quarter, before they held the Thunder to just 21 points in the third quarter to take a 13-point lead. The Thunder were able to rally to within two points, but the 76ers were able to escape on free throws from Embiid with 1.1 seconds left on the clock.

The Lakers come into this meeting as the team in better form and it's especially encouraging to see Anthony Davis stepping up lately, just in time to take on the 76ers' Joel Embiid. Be sure to check the lineups before tipoff to check on LeBron's status, but assuming he plays, I like the red-hot Lakers to at least get the cover in what is bound to be a close contest. Perhaps the 76ers get the win, but I like the Lakers with the points in this spot.
