Lee Radford hopeful of Samoa causing an upset against Australia

Samoa became the first tier two nation to reach a World Cup final after beating hosts England 27-26 in golden point extra-time thanks to a drop goal from Stephen Crichton. Samoa were beaten 60-6 by England in the tournament opener in Newcastle.

Australia beat New Zealand 16-14 in their semi-final on Friday night. Samoa want to cause another upset. Head coach Matt Parish will have to wait to find out if hooker Fa'amanu Brown will be allowed to play against Australia.

Samoa's victory over England could affect ticket sales for the World Cup final. Lee Radford is gutted for Shaun Wane. He has been with his team for over a month.
